Terms of Service

1. The parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between Algostack Private Limited ("Syncstocky", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Karachi, Pakistan, and you, the person or legal entity creating a Syncstocky account ("you", "user").

By registering for or using Syncstocky at syncstocky.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. The service

Syncstocky is a multi-channel inventory synchronisation platform that connects your sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart) and keeps inventory quantities synchronised in real time via webhooks. It also provides AI-powered demand forecasting, SKU mapping, sync logging, and related features as described on our pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. We will not remove core functionality from a plan you're actively paying for without offering an equivalent replacement or a refund.

3. Account eligibility and registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or allow others to access it on your behalf without our written consent.
• You may not create more than one account per person or legal entity without our permission.

4. Free trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period:

• If you have added a payment method and chosen a plan, your subscription begins and you are billed.
• If you have not added a payment method, your account's sync features are paused. Your data is retained for 30 days.

We do not offer extended trials without prior written agreement.

5. Plans and billing

Current plans

• Sync — $39/month or $31.20/month billed annually ($374.40/year)
• Sync + AI — $79/month or $63.20/month billed annually ($758.40/year)

Prices are in USD. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment.

Billing via Paddle

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment collection, tax calculation, and remittance. Your invoice will reflect Paddle as the seller. Syncstocky never stores your credit card details.

Upgrades and downgrades

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days on monthly plans.

Refunds

We offer refunds at our discretion. If Syncstocky experiences a verified outage that prevents core sync functionality for more than 24 consecutive hours, affected users are eligible for a prorated credit. To request a refund, email support@syncstocky.com within 14 days of the issue.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Syncstocky to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from Syncstocky
• Use the service in a way that damages, disables, or impairs our infrastructure or other users' access
• Resell or sublicense access to Syncstocky without written permission
• Use automated scripts to generate excessive API requests beyond normal product use
• Provide false account information or impersonate another person or entity
• Use Syncstocky to manipulate channel inventory in a deceptive or fraudulent way

7. Your data and channel access

You retain ownership of all data you bring to Syncstocky — your product data, SKUs, inventory levels, and order history. By connecting a channel, you grant Syncstocky permission to read and write inventory data on that channel on your behalf, using the permissions you approve via OAuth.

You can revoke channel access at any time from your Channels page or directly from the channel's app settings. Syncstocky will stop accessing that channel immediately upon revocation.

When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.

8. AI features

Sync+AI plan features use the Anthropic Claude API to generate inventory forecasts, reorder suggestions, and related outputs. These outputs are:

• Generated by an AI model and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Not a substitute for your own business judgment
• Intended as suggestions only — all purchasing and stocking decisions remain yours

Syncstocky makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI forecasts.

9. Intellectual property

Syncstocky, its logo, and all software, design, and content on syncstocky.com are owned by Algostack Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of Syncstocky without our written permission.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

10. Uptime and SLA

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for core sync functionality. We do not guarantee specific uptime and are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Shopify, Amazon, Supabase, Render, Paddle, Anthropic) or events outside our reasonable control.

We will notify you of planned maintenance via email and/or a dashboard notice with at least 24 hours' notice where possible.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Algostack Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost sales, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use Syncstocky.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Warranty disclaimer

Syncstocky is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion via email. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. In the event of termination for cause, no refund is owed.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan. If you are located in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those protections apply in addition to these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Syncstocky after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
